I apologize that you were not approved by the new bank, Comenity, when you applied for the new card. We appreciate your many years of being a loyal customer, the great amount of money you have spent with us and I do see that you had the previous Payboo card from Synchrony Bank prior to the changeover. Hi Charles, We read your review and wanted to see how we can help. needs some new training because what ever they are doing now seems to just infuriate people in my opinion. An for this I replied to that email telling them they lost a customer and any referral's from me. I was basically treated as if I was lying and not given the time of day to actually look into my issue. This was irrelevant because Shipping companies make mistakes too and in this case they did by delivering to the wrong address because on the 7th The driver showed up and apologized. I stated this in my inquiry to B & H photo however I got a email saying that my inquiry was investigated the next day and attached was an image of Fed Ex's shipping status page which I already have access to and can see myself. There were no notifications until 12:50pm. I know it wasn't delivered then because I receive motion notifications from my Blink Door Cam when someone approaches my front door. ![]() Long story short According to Fed Ex my $250 motherboard was delivered at 11:15am Oct 5th 2022. I have never had an issue with receiving my items until recently. I have ordered things from this company a few times over the last few years mostly computer parts. ![]()
